Mildura tops the list of Australia’s tastiest food safaris, with HG Nelson meeting up with legendary chef and exponent of the Slow Food movement, Stefano de Pieri. Stefano sends him out on a shopping expedition that requires HG to get up close and personal with the region’s produce for a cook up on the iconic Murray River.
